The TASK iD intelligent diagnostics (Formerly known as the TASK-Eye) is a clever innovation allowing field service technicians to connect and configure all TASK Electric Stacker Units fitted with a Curtis® Controller.

The TASK iD can be used on any laptop running Microsoft® Windows® 7 or later, and is connected via the USB “iD” cable to the Curtis® Controller. Using the TASK iD Software, service technicians can modify parameters, view current faults and the fault history, monitor battery health, check the unit status and flash upgrade the controller for user improvements.
